JAIMEE MACDONALD - FALKIRK HIGH STREET
Jaimee has progressed so quickly and very well within starting. They always want to learn and be part of the bigger picture within coffeepots.
Jaimee is a true star, always positive, making so many people laugh and smile, always making a day brighter just by being there.
Whilst someone what sassy jaimee is definitely someome that you can always rely on no matter what!
Jaimee has built such a rapore with customers that they don't see them as a coffeepots employee more they are seen as a friend
LAURA BRYCE - SALTCOATS
Laura is one of the most positive members of the costa Saltcoats team. Laura always puts the customers first, can always be found chatting away to customers and making them feel special with great customer service. Table touching is Laura’s special talent, she does it better than most, she’s naturally chatty and engaging with customers.
IAN MACQUARRIE - GRANGEMOUTH
Ian has done so well since he joined coffeepots 8 years ago. He started off as a table clearer in the Howgate, and embraced all the challenges it brought. I always will remember Ian running out a roll and sausage to a hungry customer, during a costa check, which was upside down, and due to his MR Bean like qualities the roll, unfortunately found a new home on the floor.
Ian is always active on our company messenger platform, making people laugh and keeping them entertained in his own special way! Hes happy to be the figure of fun and embraces it
Ian has progressed from barista, BM and TL and is now a trainee store manager at our Grangemouth branch!
A true coffeepots legend
KENZIE MACKAY - PRESTWICK
Kenzie would come in as a regular in the mornings on her way to college and was always bubbly and open to conversation. Through that and finding out she was looking for something like Costa, It was all good timing that we were hiring at the time. She fit in with the team straight away and had no problem jumping straight in. Her customer service and work with customers was great straight away and through working with her for over a year now, all aspects of her professionalism has shone through. Great girl all round, drinks, service, teamwork and taking initiative through the shift doing things without needing to be told that they need done.
