Seating is limited so tickets will be capped and sole on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each attendee must have their own valid ticket to participate in the quiz.

Each ticket includes a one-time-use 50% discount tab for one food and drink purchase made during the quick event only.

Caffeine products will not be included in the discount offer to anyone under the age of 16.

The discount tab can only be redeemed one time and must be handed to the Barista at the till when ordering.

1. Tickets & Entry

Tickets cost £10 per person and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.

Seating is limited, so tickets will be capped and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each child attending must have their own valid ticket to meet Santa and participate in the event activities.

Tickets can be purchased in-store only. The included drinks can only be redeemed in-store and cannot be redeemed via Click & Collect or Click & Serve services, or via Delivery, Costa Express self‐service coffee machines, Costa Kiosks, Proud To Serve outlets, or Order at Table services.
2. Included Drinks

Each ticket includes one (1) Babyccino and one (1) small drink, redeemable only during the Santa Meet & Greet event. The small drink may be any hot or cold handcrafted beverage listed on the Event Store’s menu board. Any additions or customisations—including but not limited to alternative milks, syrups, or extra espresso shots—will incur an additional charge at full menu price. All other purchases made during the event are subject to full menu pricing.

To redeem your drinks, hand your ticket to your barista at the time of ordering.

Caffeine-based drinks will not be provided to children under the age of 16 when redeeming the included event ticket drinks.

The ticket purchase and drinks included offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals or offers.
3. Event Activities & Gifts

Activities are provided for entertainment and may include crafts, games, and time with Santa.

Each attending child will receive a small gift from Santa.
-
Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives.

Santa and all Costa Coffee Larkhall staff will interact with children in a safe, respectful, and appropriate manner at all times. A parent or guardian must remain with their child throughout the event.
4. Photography

Photos may be taken by other event attendees and Costa Coffee Larkhall staff during the event and may be shared on Costa Coffee Larkhall’s official social media channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a Costa Coffee Larkhall team member.
5. General

This is a community charity event held in good faith to raise funds and spread festive cheer.

Costa Larkhall reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event format if required (e.g. due to weather, staffing, or safety).
