Lenoa has powered through the company, she never gives up. She has worked with the most diverse within the company, she never complains even when is minus 20 and has an icicle off her nose. She takes on every challenge and suck up knowledge like a sponge

DIONE MCALLISTER - CUMBERNAULD DRIVE THRU

Dione stepped up from barista to maestro around November. She has made a great start to her shift management role in Coffeepots and we believe she deserves some recognition for how well she has taken to the position.
I have seen some really good potential in Dione since rejoining the team, and the rest of the management team have let me know that since stepping up she has taken everything in her stride, I can say that she fulfils her duties really well, independently and competently. Since returning to DT, I have been really impressed at Dione’s engagement and how she always wants to learn more about brand standards and how to be even better than she already is.

Dione also seems to really care about the shop and will step in to help whenever we’re short or someone is off sick. Dione runs her shifts well and seems to be really well liked and respected by the rest of the team. She should be really proud of how capable she is in her relatively new role!

AMY POWER - BAILLIESTON

A barista with 4 months experience stepping up to be a TSM - what madness is this!

Due to Laurens ability to spot talent, Amy was promoted to the TSM of Baillieston after only being with the company for 4 months! Amy is totally smashing it, continuing the hard work of Lauren. Baillieston continues to outperform and go above and beyond their customers expectations

DARREN SWEENEY - FALKIRK CENTRAL PARK

Darren joined Coffeepots around 2 years ago, starting his journey at our Cumbernauld drive thru branch. Due to his passion and commitment to succeed at everything he does he was soon promoted to manager at our Kirkintilloch store. He turned this store around, increased NPS, raised the overall coffee standards and turned Kirkintilloch into one of our top performing stores!

We are glad Darren is feeling well enough to be here tonight. This cheeky Irish chappie who has an answer for everything, has now moved on to our Falkirk Central Park store where the next chapter of his Coffeepots career is unfolding.
