I would like to nominate Gary for Bright Beginnings award as he has recently took the step up to Barista Maestro and has completely took it in his stride. He is an integral part of our team and he is so brand standards focused sometimes it can be a pain even spending his lunch break reading over and over and over and over the brand standards manual and reciting it at any given opportunity. He recently helped our store pass their annual official costa check with a score just shy of the brand excellence score which i couldn't have been any prouder of him for ( he doesn't let me forget ). He seems to think he is Mr Coffeepots as his picture gets used now and again, he is a sucker for the limelight and I hand on heart can say we would be lost without him and he is more than deserving of this award.
