Frequently Asked Questions...
1. What do the terms in the 'Count by' column mean?
Each: This indicates that you are epected to provide an accurate count by counting these items one-by-one e.g. cups, spoons or chopping boards. For these items, you can complete your count by indicating how many 'Full Boxes/Packs' you have and how many 'loose items' you have. The workbook will do the math and work the rest out for you.
Inner Pack: Some items are delivered as a number of smaller packs inside a bigger box, e.g. stirrers, napkins or toilet tissue. This terms indicates that you are epected to count these smaller packs unless your bigger box is full/unopened. This is the most efficient way to count such items. Please note that for these items, you will not be able to type anything into the 'loose items' column. For any items which are opened and in a dispenser etc then you can guesstimate how many 'inner packs' worth of the product you have. Where the quantiy of each item inside these smaller packs is know, this has been included in your count template to help you with your count.
Full/Part: These are items in which you're expected to guestimmate how much you have left e.g. chemicals where you have to judge how much of a bottle you have remaining.
Singular: Similar to the 'Each' entry but these are items which are not delivered as part of a bigger pack i.e. colour-handled knives. You will not be able to enter any count into the 'Full Boxes' column for these items.
