1. You must be aged 16 or over to redeem voucher.

 

2. Voucher valid for 1 use only, on 1 transaction, at the Costa store stated above (Promotion Store), during the offer period stated. 1 voucher per person only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Voucher cannot be used at any other Costa store.

 

3. To redeem, hand voucher to team member at the till before placing an order.

 

4. Coffeepots Ltd & Coffeepots (Drive Thru) Ltd employees & family members are not eligible for a voucher. Voucher can only be redeemed on your next visit – it cannot be applied to an existing/previous order.

 

5. When you buy a hot or cold handcrafted drink from the menu board of the Promotion Store (Qualifying Drink), the voucher entitles you to receive 1 Qualifying Drink of lower or equal value free of charge.

 

6. If multiple Qualifying Drinks are purchased, the cheapest Qualifying Drink in your order will be free (i.e. 1 drink only will be free); all other Qualifying Drinks & items in your order will be charged at full price.

 

7. Pre-packaged drinks, including bottled drinks, are excluded from this offer.

 

8. Customisations, additions, upgrades & milk alternatives charged at full price.

 

9. Voucher can’t be redeemed via Click & Collect or Click & Serve services, or via Delivery, Costa Express self-service coffee machines, Costa Kiosks, Proud To Serve outlets, or Order at Table services.

 

10. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher.

 

11. Voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value & no cash alternative is available.

 

12. Voucher won’t be replaced if defaced, damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen. Defaced / damaged vouchers may be rejected.
